Early access. Requesting early access does not create a contract or an account, and does not guarantee that you will be offered access or any particular price. Anything we say about future features, timing or pricing is a current intention, not a commitment.

Our content. The text, design, logo and other material on this site belong to TutorOrbit. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

Trademarks. SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse TutorOrbit. Other marks belong to their owners.

No warranty. This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise that it will be either.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, TutorOrbit is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
